About Us
Our Mission
We love short films. The SHM Film Collective is an alumni organization that aims to support all filmmakers in our SHM community, both current students and alumni. Our initiatives aim to celebrate past films as well support current productions. We want to get our films featured in the best animation festivals, and we want them to look good and make us all proud. We also want to be known as a community of content developers in the animation field.
Our Initiatives
Mentorship
Our mentorship program connects groups of current students/filmmakers to professional artists for advice and guidance.
Archival
Our archival is a comprehensive collection of films made by ShrunkenHeadMen throughout the years.
Events
Our events are all centered about short filmmaking and intend to help us elevate our films by bringing the knowledge and expertise of several filmmakers to our SHM community.

Get Involved
Our aim is to create a strong community of filmmakers. We want to help as many people as possible to realize their films, and to create short films that are beautiful and heartfelt. Your voice and participation makes our filmmaker’s community stronger. We need speakers for our events, mentors to help in current productions and volunteers to help us out in our initiatives.
